This group has been formed to give and receive support and to share our c-section experiences. For many, the need for a c-section came quite unexpectedly and altered the vision of what birth would be like.
Come join others who have been down the road you are traveling. It is our hope that you find the support you need for wherever you are; pregnant and facing an unexpected c-section, immediately post-partum recovering from a c-section, working through emotions of an unexpected c-section months or years later, and/or planning a VBAC.
Please join us at 10am in the Southfield Providence Medical Building room 8G to share your experiences, thoughts, concerns, etc. Give advise or ask for advise. We want everyone to feel comfortable no matter what kind of birthing background you come from. Support and respect are the key words when visiting this group.
We meet the fourth Thursday of every month (with the exception of holidays).
Classes are held Monday, March 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th from 6:30pm – 9:00pm. To register please call 248-849-3919. The fee is $60 for the 4 week series or $20 for a refresher (2nd week of class).

Come and learn more about our midwives. The focus of the gathering is to talk about their practice and answer questions about the care they provide both in the office and in the hospital. Feel free to bring family members or others interested in learning more about our midwives. A Tour of the ABC and Labor & Delivery is offered afterward.
